PROFILE: Kiele Linroth Pace, Founder
Austin criminal defense attorney Kiele Linroth Pace is the founder and director of the Pace Law Firm, P.C. Her expertise is domestic assault defense. During her years as a solo attorney, Kiele developed a style of aggressive advocacy that earned her the distinction of having a 97% dismissal rate from May 2010 to October 2016, when she began building a team of talented attorneys and other professionals so that she could help more people.
Kiele brings the same passion and dedication to her current role of managing the firm to ensure that it continues to serve our mission of protecting our clients’ futures by getting the best possible result in every case.
Kiele is a fomer prosecutor and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. She also attended University College London. Kiele is licensed to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
Kiele was licensed in 2001 and began her career in the Houston area, first as a criminal defense attorney, then as a prosecutor with the Polk County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. After taking a two-year hiatus to do commercial litigation, Kiele returned to criminal defense full time in 2006.
Kiele is an almuna of the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court (Barrister) and a member of the Texas Bar Foundation (Fellow), the Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Criminal Justice section of the State Bar of Texas.
